Apply for a Whish Account
Before you can accept Whish Pay in your checkout, Whish needs to verify your identity. You can generate the exact paperwork they require right from your dashboard.
- Open your dashboard and go to the KYC application form.
- Fill in your personal details, address, and income information. You will see a live preview of the PDF updating as you type.
- In the Signature section, click the upload button to take a photo of your handwritten signature. For the best result, sign on plain white paper with a dark pen and photograph it in good lighting.
- If your signature looks too light or too dark, use the Sensitivity slider to adjust it.
- Click Download filled PDF at the bottom.
Privacy and Saving
By default, nothing you type on this page is saved to NovaStores. The PDF is generated securely on your own device.
If you want to reuse these details later (for example, when signing up for a courier service), switch on Save my details to NovaStores at the bottom of the page before you leave. You can return and delete your saved data at any time.
Submitting your application
Once you have downloaded the PDF, you must email it directly to Whish along with a photo of your ID and proof of residency. Use the guide linked at the top of the KYC page to see exactly what to attach.
