NovaStores provides a real-time counter that shows you exactly how many shoppers are currently active on your storefront. This immediate feedback helps you understand your store's live performance and the impact of your marketing efforts.
Always in Sight: The live visitor count is always visible in the top right corner of your NovaStores dashboard. It is integrated directly into the 'Visit Store' button, ensuring it's easy to find no matter which dashboard screen you're on.
- Navigate to any page within your NovaStores dashboard. This could be your Dashboard home, your Products list, or your Orders screen.
- Locate the main header at the very top of your screen.
- Identify the 'Visit Store' button. This button typically features a small, colored dot indicating the status of your store's latest deployment.
- Observe the elements next to the 'Visit Store' label. You will see a small person icon followed by a number. This number represents the current count of active shoppers on your storefront. On smaller screens, the 'Visit Store' label might be hidden to save space, but the dot, person icon, and count will remain visible.
What the count means: This number updates automatically as shoppers browse your storefront. It provides a true measure of real-time engagement. Your own activity within the NovaStores dashboard is intelligently excluded from this count, ensuring the number you see reflects only actual shoppers on your public store. This helps you make informed decisions based on genuine visitor traffic.
