Store Delivery & Shipping
Control your delivery fees, free-shipping thresholds, and origin location from a single screen.
Set Up Delivery Rates
Your shipping settings control exactly what your customers are charged for delivery during checkout.
- Open your delivery and shipping settings.
- Navigate to the Delivery Fees & Messaging section.
- Type your standard delivery cost into the Fallback Shipping Rate field. This replaces the default fee for buyers who do not fall into a specific shipping zone.
- Optionally, add a Handling Fee to cover packaging, or a Free Shipping Threshold to waive shipping charges on larger orders.
- Click Save Changes.
Define Your Origin Location
Couriers need to know where your packages start their journey to provide accurate live rates.
- In the Origin Location panel, fill in your warehouse or store name.
- Add the physical address, city, and your two-letter country code.
- Save your changes.
Connect Live Carrier Quotes
If you prefer to show real-time delivery quotes from EasyPost or Shippo at checkout, you can connect them directly.
- Ensure your Origin Location is fully filled out and saved.
- Scroll down to the Carriers — Live rates section.
- Check the box for your preferred provider.
- Paste the secure API key provided by your carrier.
- Save your changes. The live quotes will immediately appear alongside your flat rates at checkout.
