Storefront Branch Picker
Let shoppers select their closest physical store to see accurate local stock and prices.
How it works
When your business expands to multiple physical locations, your storefront automatically adapts so customers can shop the inventory of their nearest branch.
There is no toggle to turn this feature on. The location picker appears on your live storefront the exact moment you have more than one active branch in your account.
Setting up your locations
- Open your dashboard and navigate to Branches & Locations.
- Add your new physical location and ensure it is marked as active.
- Make sure your products have stock allocated to this new branch.
Once saved, the next person to visit your online store will see a "Choose your location" prompt.
What your shoppers see
- First-visit prompt: New visitors are asked to pick a branch before they start shopping.
- Instant stock updates: Once a branch is chosen, the stock levels for every product instantly update to reflect only what is physically sitting in that specific store.
- Local currency: If you assigned a different local currency to a specific branch, the storefront prices will automatically switch to match it.
- Changing locations: Shoppers can switch their branch at any time using the permanent pin button at the bottom left of the screen.
Important notes
If you only have one active branch, nothing on your storefront changes. Single-branch stores will never see the location picker, keeping your site perfectly streamlined.
