This Privacy Policy explains how the NovaStores Importer ("the Extension") works and how it handles your information when you use it to bring product reviews from Amazon into your NovaStores store.

1. What the Extension Reads

When you visit an Amazon product page and choose to import, the Extension reads the publicly visible information on that page — such as the product name, price, images, and customer reviews. Nothing is collected in the background or without your action.

The Extension also checks that you are logged in to your NovaStores account so it knows which store to save your imported reviews to. Your password is never accessed or stored.

2. How We Use This Information

The information the Extension reads is used only to:

  • Import the reviews you selected into your NovaStores store.
  • Confirm your identity so the reviews are saved to the right store.
  • Let you search and match imported reviews to the correct product in your store.

3. Where Your Data Goes

All information goes directly and securely from your browser to your NovaStores account. Nothing is sent to any outside party. The reviews you import are stored inside your NovaStores account, just like any other content you add to your store.

4. Why the Extension Needs Certain Access

To do its job, the Extension needs:

  • Access to Amazon pages: So it can read the product and review information you want to import.
  • Access to novastores.ai: So it can save the imported reviews directly into your store.
  • Local storage in your browser: To remember which store you last selected, so you don't have to pick it every time.

5. We Do Not Share Your Data

We do not sell, share, or give your information to anyone. Everything stays between you and your NovaStores account.

6. You Are Always in Control

You can uninstall the Extension at any time from your browser. Any reviews you have already imported can be viewed, managed, or deleted from your NovaStores dashboard whenever you like.
